Our craft beers are fresh, unpasteurized, unfiltered beers

It all started with our LAGER back in 2020. It was produced in limited quantities and exclusively for us by a local microbrewery (Notos Brewery, Heraklion).
A high quality lager beer, brewed from selected ingredients according to our own recipe, with a traditional brewing method.

Next year a new recipe was added to our list. A craft PILSNER made in co-operation with a well known Greek microbrewery. Full bodied, with a light flowery aroma and just a hint of fruit. Excellent palate – crisp with moderate amount of hops, light straw and earthy with a long duration aftertaste.
Available in 1 lt bottle / 330 ml glass / 500 ml glass

 At 2022, we started producing another unique, fresh beer.

Our WEISSBIER, available in 330 ml / 500 ml bottles.

A fresh, unfiltered, unpasteurized craft wheat beer.

Made with Cretan passion and local ingredients.

2024 – we introduce you our new, revised PILSNER. 5,5% alcohol and available in 750 ml bottle but also in 300 and 500 ml glasses.

A beer with a light golden colour, medium carbonation, slightly acidic and sub-sweet taste that is completed by a slight bitterness.
Aromatic, with the aromas of hops prevailing, as well as the presence of cereals and fruits.
An all-around beer that can be combined with many dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Our label was inspired by this famous pendant,
which dates back to the Bronze Age (1800 – 1700 BC).
It is an amazing and very detailed example of Minoan art:
It represents two bees which store a drop of honey in a cell.
It was found in the cemetery of the old palace at Chrysolakkos,
outside the Palace of Malia, the third largest Minoan palace.
