Christmas and new year silverware for celebration

We love Christmas and we love spending time with family and friends, enjoying delicious food and precious moments. In AVLI we have prepared selected festive dishes for the period, with Greek flavour, adding something 'symbolic' to our menu to bring you more than a nutritional satisfaction - which is always important. Come to try them and share beautiful moments with friends! They will be available in addition to our regular menu on Christmas and New Year's Eve and the days before.

CHRISTMAS MENU

 Soup
Creamy soup with pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato, Vermion smoked cheese cream and sauteed bacon cubes.

Made of organic bulgur, minced beef and cumin, baked in our wood-fired oven.

Slow cooked in Mavrodafni wine with lemon verbena.
Accompanied by baked quinces and sweet potato mash.

Beet root soup
Creamy soup made of organic beet roots from our farm, balsamic vinegar and creamy cheese foam.

Served on a creamy sauce of red peppers and smoked cheese.
