Attractive colour, straw-green with a silver hue. Visually, we observe a "cord" of playful and sparkling tiny bubbles, which culminate in a creamy foam. Aromatically, it is complex, creating aromatic impressions reminiscent of apple, pear, and brioche from the fermentation “yeast,” with a backdrop of honey, wax, and apricot. The taste is very refreshing and lively, with a long-lasting finish.
