Deep lemon colour with golden hues, with stone fruit aromas and subtle notes of citrus fruits. Rich-bodied with a creamy texture, good acidity and a long aftertaste with mineral notes. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Low sulphite content. Unfiltered when bottled.
