Dafni "Psarades"

The Dafni variety is one of the rarest and oldest Cretan grape varieties, which was planted a few years ago in the vineyard of the winemaker Lyrarakis in Alagni to save it from extinction. A characteristic of this variety is its wonderful primary aromas, which are concentrated mainly in the grape skin.
