‘Dolmadakia’ With aromatic yoghurt dip
Stuffed zucchini flowers filled with a blend of local
cheeses and basil. Deep fried in a crispy batter.
Shredded pastry (kadaifi) stuffed with
pastourma (cured beef), Cretan Gruyere cheese
and fresh herbs.
Aubergine filled with minced beef, cooked in
tomato sauce and topped with Beshamel.
Served with fresh chips.
